1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using AIReady ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service offers free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Redistribute or resell course content
  • Use automated tools to scrape or download content
  • Attempt to bypass access controls or payment requirements
  • Upload malicious content or interfere with the Service

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, including text, code examples, exercises, and quizzes, is the property of AIReady and is protected by copyright. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the content for your own learning purposes.

6. Certificates

Completion certificates are issued upon finishing a learning track and passing all quizzes. Certificates represent completion of our curriculum and are not accredited academic credentials. You may share certificates on professional profiles.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to paid content will cease, but we will provide a reasonable period to export your data.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
